2015 Fair on the Square Information
This is the official information station for all things related to the 2015 event. We will update this page regularly until the event in September. Those interested in having booths, performing or selling concessions at the event should plan to visit this page regularly for key information. We will also be communicating via e-mail with all fair participants.

We want to hear your honest opinions about Danville Tri Kappa's Fair on the Square! Whether you are a former fair booth coordinator, the owner of a business located on the square or a member of the community (or any live human being!), we want to know what you think! Please take about five minutes of your time to complete our survey, linked here as a PDF form. We ask that you complete and submit the survey by Feb. 27, 2015. If you are accessing this form after that date, we still want to hear from you! (We just might not be able to implement changes based on your concerns, especially with regard to the application for participation.) Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with our planning committee.
To Participate in 2015
Vendors who are interested in booth space for the 2015 event should look for the application to be posted to this page in early April.
Please do not submit a copy of the 2014 application for your 2015 booth-space request. Our 2015 application will include some new information, and only 2015 applications will be accepted.
Please be aware that vendor space fills up very early in the year, and we always have more vendors interested in participating than we have space to accommodate. We encourage you to submit your application early.
Other community businesses and organizations planning events that coincide with the event are asked to contact Corie Farnsley, 2015 event chair, at DanvilleTriKappa@yahoo.com. She will make an effort to include all community events in the media relations and promotions leading up to the event.
